The n8n workflows on the automation page are not demos. They run unattended inside an established UK education business the studio also operates — 300+ students, 18+ teachers, an official ABRSM exam centre. Invoicing, payment matching and scheduled posting all run there first.
A full SaaS platform, designed and shipped end to end
Instrumental Teachers Hub: the web platform plus the Piano AI Professor companion app, live on the App Store and Google Play since 2025. Architecture, payments, AI feature and store submission — all of it in-house.
Google Ads run on the studio's own money
Live campaigns with the studio's own budget and its own conversion tracking. The advice you get on ads comes from spending it, not from reading about it.
What that actually means in practice.
You speak to the person building it
No account manager relaying your question to someone you never meet, and no junior quietly assigned to the parts nobody wanted. The reply to your email comes from the person with the code open.
Nothing is outsourced
Design, build, integrations and launch all happen here. That is also the honest limit of a studio this size: work is taken on when there is room to do it properly, and you get told when there is not.
The studio is its own first client
The automations, the subscription platform, the ad account — all of it was built here and is still run here. Nothing gets recommended to you that has not had to survive its own business first.
Fixed price, written scope, and you own it.
Every project is quoted as a fixed price after a short written brief, so you know the number before committing rather than after. 50% to start, 50% on delivery. No hourly billing and no scope that quietly grows.
Communication is text-first. Written updates as the work progresses, replies within one working day, and no standing calls unless you actually want them. It suits people who would rather read a clear update than sit through a status meeting.
You own everything at the end: the code, the design, and every account. Hosting, domains, ad accounts and provider accounts are opened in your name from the start, so your business never sits inside an account controlled by someone else.
That includes the right to leave. There is no proprietary platform to be locked into and no retainer you have to keep paying to keep the lights on. If you want to take the work elsewhere, it goes with you.
