Frequently asked questions
What do you need from me to start?
A short brief about what you are building, who it is for, your rough timeline, and any references you have. I will take it from there and come back with questions if needed.
What does a typical project cost and how long does it take?
One-page sites from £450, 1 to 2 weeks. Multi-page WordPress builds from £1,200, 3 to 4 weeks. Full SaaS platforms from £3,500, 6 to 12 weeks. Every project gets a fixed-price quote upfront — no hourly billing.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. Larger projects split into milestones. Bank transfer or Stripe invoice — your choice.
Can you work with my existing WordPress site?
Depends on the current state. If it is well-built I can extend it. If it is a bloated theme with plugins stacked on plugins, a clean rebuild is usually faster and cheaper long-term. I will tell you honestly after seeing it.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. All communication is async-friendly so timezone differences are not a problem. I have worked with clients across Europe and the US.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Optional monthly retainer for updates, maintenance, and new features. Not mandatory — you own everything and can take it elsewhere if needed.
How do you communicate during a project?
Email and written messages throughout. Regular progress updates, you review and reply when convenient. No weekly calls unless you specifically want them.
What if I do not like the design?
Every project includes a revision round. Clear written briefs upfront prevent this. I ask the right questions before starting any design work.
